That is very similar to my setup. I was just able to source a thin rectangular light that fit the space.

Yes Sir yours are very nice. I found mine at a truck stop years ago on sale cause they just had 10 LEDs. Standard 4” for big truck. I did use a hacksaw to trim top flat to fit inside lens and sealed it with dum-dum. Don’t know why it came out like a star pattern but for @$3 with pigtails they are good enough. Thanks for the inspiration for me to get them installed. I also did the 10 top markers in LEDs and added a sunvisor from Jeff Sirum.
