Hey Guy, Getting for the So-Cal Ramona Really with the Pacific Cruzers this weekend. It will be the first GMC trip for me and MelloYello.

It might be time to fill up my propane tank for the 1st time. Do you guys have any suggestions on finding gas stations where I can fill up my tank.

Since a few days I have been looking around and asking but not to much luck. Maybe there is a iOS app?

Also what are some prices in the So-Cal area for Propane. My last quote is 379/Gal Not sure if this is LA top price or about right price.

Thanks for all the feedback and looking forward to hopefully meet some of you guys over the weekend.

I don't buy mine at a service station or truck stop. Rather look for an area which isn't served by natural gas and ask someone with a big tank beside
the house who supplies their propane. Go there. Not only are they usually lowest price, they understand the taks in the GMCs which do not require
regular recertification.

Be careful going to gas stations for propane. They like to charge you state and federal road use tax. You are not using the propane for road use
and do not have to pay it. Propane should not be anywhere near 3.79. It is around $2.00 a gallon here. Ask for the price first and make sure
there is no tax before you fill up. around here propane is available from e hardware stores and farm supply store besides the normal propane supply
places and gas stations.

There is a Tractor Supply in Ramona and El Cajone. Every TSC in have ever been to had propane and their prices are reasonable.

Good suggestions provided. I have used a local RV shop which does fill ups, and once used a larger Uhaul location that had a storage facility on
site, Both places had a guy who knew what he was doing.

Dont recall the price, I last filled up over a year ago and still have half a tank.

TSC in Ramona, Ca has is at $2.89 per gallon. Now you have a price point for comparison if you look elsewhere.

I have had good service at U Haul and Tractor Supply. I had to ask if I could
put my hands down at ACE Hardware.

Most U Haul places carry Propane.
There are times you just go to the most convenient place and pay, as it is
not very often you fill up.
