Plastic buttons - Available

Does anyone have a source or improved replacement for the threaded plastic
buttons holding the latch on the sliding cockpit windows? I am not too
excited about using a pop-rivet, as has been suggested.

On my coach the buttons are aluminum. they look identical to the ones ou
can buy in any book store to hold reports together.
