Plans for new galley cabinet

My 76 Palm Beach is in Florida and I am up north. I would like to start building a new galley cabinet with new sink and stove top as well as vent fan and microwave and or convection oven. Does anyone have a set of plans they would sell or donate so I could get the project going. I am not much of a carpenter but 40 years ago built out my home kitchen because I couldn't afford to pay someone else. I have all the tools if I can remember how to use them. I would like to create more storage, get rid of the furnace that doesn't work and maybe create a little more counter space. PO removed most overhead cabinets.
If anyone has plans and pictures all ideas thankfully received. Large files (up to 20 MB ) can be sent to jrjsjr Thanks for any help you can offer.

The furnace is a new smaller one, located at the bottom right. If I were doing it again,
I'd consider moving the furnace to under the couch.

My favorite part of this design is the pull-out cutting board at the top of the drawers.
Pretty much doubles the usable counter space when you're cooking.

I should add, the vent comes out the underside of the upper cabinet above the stove, behind the microwave.
It's made of three computer fans in a line to fit a ~4x10" prefab vent elbow (like for floor registers).

I'm not generally a fan of microwaves over a cooktop, but this arrangement allowed me to keep the gas oven,
which I use. I like being able to use it without running the generator when not on shore power.
Others have gone for a combination convection/microwave in place of the stock oven, with a separate cooktop.
