I had Super Boots on for about five years and could not stop the
leaking at the big end. I felt the material was harder than normal boots and
as a result wouldn't seal well. Double wrapping didn't help. Before long
there was grease on the wheel again. Last winter all the boots were
replaced. The outers are a black rubber-like material and not as hard as
Super Boots. So far I've had no leaks. They are single wrapped. I think I'm
the only person who doesn't like Super Boots unless there is someone else
who is willing to speak up.
