I recently found a source for the Onan fuel line at Lawnmowerpros.com since I had to replace mine. This is a Cummins branded flexible fuel line with
the correct fittings and length for the Onan generator. The part number is 501-0003 and cost is 21.99 plus shipping.

Does this work for the 4000W and the 6000W Onan?

I just replaced mine. It is a rubber fuel line with correct fittings, just took it out of package and replaced the old one without any problems. I
was a little hesitant since the site had no pictures but the part number was correct. I have a 6k in the GMC and a 4K Emerald I that is a spare unit
and just went to check if this hose works for the 4K and it is too short for it.
