oil pressure

For what it's worth. On my original engine with close to 140,000 miles I get
various readings. Most of the time while driving the gage will show 40PSI.
However, when I've been running for a couple of hours it will slowly drop to
around 25PSI. That used to bother me about 10,000 miles ago, but now I just
accept it. It idles at around 10PSI.

Now there will be those that will say that I'm headed to the overhaul shop with
numbers like those. Well maybe, but I have had the Custom Instrument Panel gage
in the coach for the past 15,000 miles and that is what I've been seeing on the
gage since I installed the panel.

Also, I use about 1 quart of oil betwen oil changes and it seems to be running
just fine.

Tom,
Thanks for the feedback.

I'm currently running with Shell RotellaT 15W40 oil. The PO used it for at least 10
years before I got the coach in 1998. Should I switch to something else?
