Netters:

Here's a recent web page done by a guy that cut open a bunch of different
oil filters to see what the differences were:
 
Arch what grade oil did you have in the engine when you started it and what
was the temperature.Noticed when reading Mondellos tech tips that he does
not recommend using anything over 10-30 oil in the northern climates during
cold temps. says it will sometimes blow the filter off.
