FWIW...
How many would like for Mr Duane Simmons to fabricate a replacement control board for our OhNan's??

Since the relays are OOP, this might be a good product even though the OhNan people wont work on them w/o OhNan control boards??

A new board source would be nice, but based on the last time that I worked on
mine, I can't imagine that relays that are equivalent to those on the Onan
board are not available, and cheaply. These things appear to be about as
generic as relays can get. How many folks are having relay problems on Onan
cards? I may be coerced into finding an alternate 'drop in' part for the
relays, or for that matter, may be able to do a few repairs in my spare time
for folks in need (although that time is pretty limited . . .).

At any rate, I have never had a failure in my unit that was due to the board
proper. I have had a couple of terminals on which the solder joints cracked,
a failure in the low oil pressure shutdown circuit, and one relay on which a
lead corroded off (fixed the relay - didn't feel like spending the time to
replace at the time since it was repairable). At any rate, I feel that I
understand the circuitry on this card very well, and as an Electical Engineer,
perhaps I can be of assistance to the group.
