Greetings from the Central coast of California. I don't know what it is
but I rode my HD to Canada and I was getting well over 45 in USA but in
Canada I was exceeding 55 MPG. In Germany and France the same thing
happened. So maybe there is something different. California just got
rid of the MTBE additive. Supposed to make the air cleaner for the
Ozone Level but apparently it is killing people. The ground water is
polluted too. Most the wells in the Lake Tahoe area have been closed.
