This is for Roger Want to be. I have no idea what your e-mail is or in what
part of the country you are in so I have to answer you on the net.

I can relate my story on how I purchased my GMC last year. I borrowed a
FMC book to call them to locate a GMC club here in Southern California.
There are two and I wrote to both of them about my interest in GMC. One
club member had an e-mail address and he invited my wife and I to a
gathering as a day time guest. He introduced us to some members and we
spent the day gong from coach to coach and talked to almost every member
about the good, the bad and what was available. What to look for in
coaches. Some of the member coaches were also available but not being
advertized. We learned a lot. Everybody was very helpful and most were
enthused about their GMC choice. Some described how they had a series of
GMC's that varied as their family needs changed over the years.

Since we were now retired and just returned from spending full summer in
ALASKA where we met two GMC owners. They told us about parts and service so
that raised our interest in GMC's. We decided that we wanted to travel by
RV until our health limited us. Traveling with and talking with lots of
other RV owners and talking with the GMC owners, we had an idea of what we
wanted. Through the GMC club, we found a man here in San Diego [Style
Line] that had a gutted 23' that he would build to our desires. He worked
with Lamey Enterprises who check out, repaired and replaced all the
mechanical running gear so that the finished unit would function like new.
Being retired, we chose to have it done so that we could travel asap, but
that was our decision.

Chuck:

Every so often I notice a plea for someone's e-mail address similiar to
yours made below.

This has me baffled because every e-mail I get has a FROM block that clearly
states the e-mail address.

Does not all the e-mail you receive, have a FROM block containing the
senders address?????
