New ViIN?

Billy, ran across a 23' GMC that hasn't moved in 20+ years so I was able to get the VIN. Talked to the owner who still has dreams of using it one
day. Gave him my number and offered any help I can give him. Hope it eventually gets back on the road as it isn't in that bad shape.
