RE: New name for internet gmcmotohome Sounds ok to
me! Looks like it would be shorter too, but that is not a problem when
you have it in your addreess book.
RE: I had to replace my holding tank because the old gate valve was
leaking. The new tank was almost as bad trying to make the
modifications required to put in the new gate valve. While the tank was
down I looked at the sending unit and it was shot and surprised me that
it was not leaking too! I replace the entire works, hooked it up and
low and behold, when the tank is "empty" the guage says "full" andf when
it is "full" the guage says "empty". I switched the wires and to no
avail it still is the same way. Any suggestions? I just look at the
guage and transpose for now. HaHaHa. I did find a company here in
town (Lompoc CA) that welds the ABS tank and can do preform some really
great miracles with the repair of it. I am going to have the old tank
refurbished. I probably will never need it in my lifetime but it was ok
except for the two leaks at the gate valve and at the guage. Personally
I was thinking of just plugging up the guage hole and have it welded
closed. But after reading the note about this I see the point and will
just repair it for a new float guage.
