Maybe this is old news, but the vehicle in the middle is called an MSV. I've
seen a few of them in NY made into limos. I also saw a TV show where George
Foreman the boxer had one made into a RV of sorts. Here is some more info.

It doesn't seem too big, but one of the limo drivers I spoke to said it is
very well made, and nice to drive.
