need advice

78 23' birchaven all original with 58k, one owner, only thing change
since new are fan belts, tires, and new windshield...rear side facing
settee doulbe bed...paint and interior 7 out of 10...eng. uses 1qt/2500
miles....whats it worth?? im new at this and its the first one ive looked
at...only thing i could find was a little loose in steering...is there a
sector or do they have a rack and pinion...
all comments appreciated...

It is hard to set a price without seeing it. I seriously doubt the report
of 2,500 miles per quart of oil. Maybe the owner only checked it once per
year 'cause that is the average miles put on it annually.

GMC's big block uses about twice as much oil as a rule, by design.

With such little usage you face changing hoses, belts and other rubber
depending where the coach has been living for the past 21 years. Ball
joints and possibly a timing chain are in your immediate future also.

Did you collect the TZE number for Dave? What! You didn't?
