Some may not be aware that the 73's have no metal under the floor. At least
mine doesn't. Since I put in new carpet, my copilot won't let me wear shoes
inside the coach. I never noticed before just how hot the floor got right
above the mufflers. With only socks on, it was quite warm. I took a piece
of the 1/4 inch ceramic paper and secured it to the floor right above the
mufflers with a sheet metal cover. Boy what a difference!!!!
