Mechanical Fuel Pump

I am doing some fuel system maintenance and I would like to replace the mechanical pump on my 455. When I installed the current pump twenty years ago,
I capped off the third (return?) line. I see there are aftermarket pumps available without the third line. Any thoughts on what pump to buy?
