www.harborfreight.com 1-800-423-2567 has a 18pc. seal driver set for $12.99.
Haven't tried this set. Personally I just use a socket thats real close to
the same size or the old seal like Emery states...

Walter - I have done much the same thing as Tom over the years. I usually
use the old seal (if its not bent) to lay against the new seal and tap on
the
old seal to start the new one. Be careful about using wood as it can put a
splinter into the bearing. Careful tapping with a small ball peen hammer on
the outer edge of the seal will seat it properly. Light taps and keep
moving
around the seal.
