Billy-
Your new Hot Shot wheels look really nice. Now just to add the finishing
touch you need a set of my horizontal flares!
While looking at your web site, I looked at your screen door pictures
and in looking at the picture which shows the leather covered door strap
it made me think of what i did when I installed Alex's screen some years
ago. In the instructions Alex suggested moving the strap over to the
right somewhat. However this still leaves very little room to grasp it
to close the door.So I removed the whole steele middle section of the
door which it is fastened to and attached the right hand end of the
strap to the raised portion of the metal closer to the lock/catch end of
the door. This makes for a larger and roomier portion of the strap to
grasp onto and works very well.I then had to fill the holes left from
the old fastening points.
Also initially the door rattled so I got some thick white shoe laces and
ran them between the metal sliders in the middle so they did not rattle
any more. We love the door and would'nt be without it.
