Most of the newer Navy ship use the Jarod system. Similar to what they
have on commercial air planes. A cigarette butt will clog these types
of systems and it's no fun for the guy who has to clean out the clog.
The best rule we could use was : "Nothing goes in the system that
didn't come out of your body". The only exception to this is, of
course, TP.
