Cinnabar Engineering makes a high quality OEM replacement airbag. Anything from anywhere else would be either used or new old stock. You can check the date codes on the bags that blew up if you still have them to see how old they are. How many blew up? You'll want to make sure that there's no physical interference and that you're using aluminum cones rather than plastic. Also, there should be a high pressure limit switch that prevents overinflation (max pressure is 120 PSI).

Thank you for the information! We have had three blow up 2 were new ones, was old it was on when we bought it , 2 new from Gateway one we installed went 50 miles round trip , the pressure was not high we just had it sitting in the yard. The other we drove for two hours parked and leveled it and next afternoon blew???

Wow, something is really wrong!
What year coach do you have?
Are there any mods to the air system?

What does "not that high mean"?

I'd personally upgrade to a single bag, Sully style system. Or buy someone's old bags when they switch to a modern bag system.

The old bags do give the best ride though.

What is Gateway? I’ve never heard of it?

Speaking of the Sully system, I know those bags run at much lower pressure. Does that mean they can lift the coach higher in the rear? I have the kit from Todd, but haven’t installed it yet.

Never heard of anyone having this problem so often before. Check closely the sharp protrusions.
Or
Get an aftermarket setup from Surums or gmcrvparts.com
Thank you! we discovered that we do not have the original air compressor it was not being regulated at the proper levels.

Do the bags have aluminum cones?

Plastic cones are a problem

So another Question if you all don't mind- how do i tell how much pressure is in my airbags?
On a stock coach, there is no real way to check airbag pressure.

Not knowing what has been done to your coach it is hard to guess. Maybe post a photo of your airbags.

I am a believer that every owner needs to install “isolator” valves on their airbags. That does 2 things:
1. Allows to isolate airbags from air system in case of issues, broken line, leaks, failed switches, or pump, so you can easily drive away.

2. They add a schrader valve to add air if needed at gas station. Or check your air pressure in bags like a tire.

Last thing to say is there are 3 different stock types of air suspension systems. Knowing what you have can help. Sometimes there is a schrader valve on the tank. Will tell you your pressure of system. But not each bag.

You are more worried about maintaining a proper ride height on airbags. Rather then pressure. Pressure can be different depening on what kind of air bag system and the weight of coach.

and really it doesn't matter what the pressure is, it matters that the coach is at the right height.
Ive never checked my air pressure in 12 years

Lydia,
Unless you want to get out there with a ruler and measure the reference holes in the frame (one of which - left - is hidden behind the generator frame mount), a simple way to get close is to level up the grease fitting of the bogie pins with the center of the rear wheels. I have always found this to be close enough.
