Stopped by the local hot rod shop. They have one of the prettiest '34
3-window coupes sitting in the front window. Also had a HEI advance kit by
Moroso. The cost was $8.00. CHEEP. There are 3 spring sets in the kit plus
the bushings and weights needed to change your advance curve. Read the
directions on the back. My thoughts are if you were planning to have a shop
look at your distributor give the kit a try. Maybe you will make a mistake
in the right direction and it will work better. Push comes to shove you can
always go back to plan A. Don't forget the "shadetree dyno". Mine runs from
here to Puyallup. I always make a before and after trip so I can compare.
