Rick you don't need an asbestos suit, However when you said "Terry,Well
said." you implied that you agreed with what he had said. If you had
qualifications over and above what you noted you should have stated them
otherwise you tarred yourself with the same brush.

I apologize. I am sorry If I have offended you or anyone else on the net.
Looking back over this exchange, You are right, I did not explain myself
very well. Probably got something to do with that eighth grade education.
And I am not well off ( as in money ) and this colors the way I look at
things. If I had the bucks And I was going to have someone else build an
engine for my Motorhome it probably would be Mondello. But in the mean time
$5000 represents to me another lap around this U.S. of A. The other thing is
that I enjoy working on anything mechanical. and I like to think that If I'm
careful and pay attention to the details I can build an engine that is as
good as anyone else's. If you change your mind and want to know how to check
your valve timing let me know and I will fax the info to you.
