In defense of Zak, I must say that at most races I've attended, I've
witnessed more drunken yahoo's emptying their own personal black water
tank onto the grass than I have coaches dumping grey water.
However, you should know that this procedure is in violation of the FMCA
Code of Ethics, Section V, Article 8,and is subject to "disciplinary
action." I wonder what that means. Could they make you park next to a
1973 Winnebago or something?
