Arch-

How did you solve the leak over the entrance door. I think mine is leaking
in anticipation of the Niagra Falls Ralley coming up. The drip rail has a
1/16 inch gap to the body, that is first, but the top of the door? What did
you do?

Mine has a bit more than a hairline crack. I will probably remove the drip rail,
put two or three tubes of caulk on it and put it back.

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that if you ruin the drip rail in
removel it is one piece that is not replaceable as it not available
anywhere.

The piece I am refering to is a 2-1/2 foot long piece of sheetmetal bent into
an "L". It sits above the door and sends water to either side so that it
doesnt flow down onto the top of the door. I dont know if it is original.
Mine has a space between it and the coach and water runs down, into the space
between the door and the door frame. The weatherstripping is in bad shape and
I plan to do what Arch suggested and replace it with hardware store stuff.

I had the same problem when I did my interior this winter and spring. I
just cleaned the area up real good and dried it out then put a good
layer of RTV silicone on either side of the area and along the underside
of the window. Stopped all my leaks.
