Went and looked these over:

The driver side of the stretch looks better then the passenger side. But looks better in person.
He is thinking $6000 for the stretch, it does run, drive and stop, but all rubber is old. Has been inside storage for like 14 years.
23' is a good deal in my opinion. Still needs all new rubber, but he did have someone replace the fuel lines on it. It runs and drives as well.
Interior is pretty decent, and has a custom dinette. He cut one side in 1/2, so it is now a 3 person seating to allow more room, yet it still folds
down so someone can sleep on it.
No generators on either of them. Stretch air system seems to work.
