The change-over to Alcoa wheels & 16" tires is a great improvement. The use
of 'all steel' tires is a must on the GMC, especially on the rears, because
of the tire squirm that takes place on the rear bogies. The 225/75/R16 Load
Range E is a good choice for the tire size & load rating. Get in touch with
Don Wirth at Hartville OH, 330-877-3306 and he can get you set up with
Alcoa wheels & give you some very good advice on tires. An excellent tire
choice is the Goodyear G-159 in the 225/75/R16 Load Range E. Good Luck. Bob
