The answer to your torque question can be found on page
3b-4 of the x-7525A maintenance manual. The torque is
200 lbs starting. If the cotter key holes do not line
up, tighten till they do--never loosen. I seem to
remember that there are two sets of holes for the key so
you don't have to turn much.
