Max at Buskirk's can have your idler arm bushing replaced and rebuilt.
Give him a call @ 1-800-715-1133. No Subs are available.

David,

Sorry, the idler arm is one of those few parts that are not locally available.

There are 2 wear points on the idler arm" the pivot and the bushing. Yes,
you can replace the bushing but you cannot replace the ball. Both points
have similar wear curves so it doesn't make sense to replace one point and
not the other.

You can get a new idler arm from Cinnabar or one of the other specialty
parts houses.

I would also suspect the relay lever, it has a similar wear curve and if
the idler arm is shot, the relay lever will not be far behind!! This is
another limited availability partso pick it up from them as well.

If I can be of further help, please let me know,

Jim Bounds
