Hey Arch,
I came upon an ad in FMCA mag (Aug 99, pg 220) for something called a
"Desert Super Cooler". Once I realized it wasn't advertising something
to keep my ice cream really cold, I saw that it was a gizmo to do kinda
what you had planned, ie; spritz the radiator to help cool the engine.
No website, company name is Bidena Products, PO Box 7675, Laguna Niguel,
CA 92607. 949-661-9319. Ad says " Deluxe kit features new Shurflo self
priming pump, $169.95.
Maybe they've worked out a solution to the scale / crud problem?
