Larry,
If it's leaking on the passenger side towards the front, it's probably the
charcoal filter canister that got raw fuel due to the little fue/air
seperator in the left rear wheelwell not separating.

If it is coming from the fore or aft (aux or main) fueltank it's probably
the ventline fitting on top of the fueltank. Been there, done that, for each
tank at different times.

If you do drop the tank(s) be sure you replace ALL rubber fuel lines while
you're in there and be sure the lines get reinstalled in the 'valley' of the
fueltanks so that don't squish with time.

As far as draining fuel goes, each of mine had a drainplug.
