I hear you Gary, but I really don't want some minimum wage stranger
messing with my coach. The very first time they went to fill my tank I
caught them back at the water fill door which fortunately has a lock on
it!

No thanks, I 'll take $0.85/ gal in Geogia and do it myself (or $1.02 in
Florida)

Another Point, I doubt if the average service jockey has the patience to
fill the tanks on a GMC. I also seriously doubt that they would listen when
you told them this thing should take 37 Gallons when the auto shut off keeps
tripping at 22. These things take gas real slow, and patience is definitely
a virtue.

Never had a problem in that respect with the good natured attendants in Oregon.
In fact they seem to enjoy the extra time they can spend on giving my dog
biscuits --- a standard practice in Oregon gas stations. I think that many of
you "big city folks" don't realize that we actually live differently here;
people take the time to talk to each other and (most) take their jobs
seriously, even at minimum wage. We're thankful to live in one of God's
masterpieces.

Sounds like a nice place to live. If I could pry my wife off the Central Coast of
California. The only other place she likes is the Mountains, High Sierras on the
Eastern Side near Susanvillc. Only in the summer time though. Winters there are
to harsh. Maybe I will have to take a drive up there. Nothing says I can't move.
