The 23's will usually be more fuel efficient due to lighter weight. That
said, your average "cruising speed" is probably 10mph less than most of us
use and the Tulsa to Ft. Lauderdale trip is a pretty flat run. BTW, my
Delorme CD says Tulsa to Ft. Lauderdale is 1430 miles, did you only record
half the trip or are you still there?
One other mileage variable, the 403's in the later coaches tend to get
better mileage than the 455's.
