With the problem being the tiny screen and no good keyboard, I have been able to adequately access this forum from one or more of the loaded browsers.

I usually access using an iPhone. Sometimes I find I accidentally add a user to the "ignore" list when I scroll the thread.
There is no second step asking you to confirm additions to your list.

Yes, and unlikely. I use Tapatalk for other forums.

For GMCnet, I always have been an email participant. I use a Gmail address
and the Gmail app in my iPhone.

The only problem with that is how hard Gmail makes it to trim quotes.
