Re-sending this from Friday as it does not seem to have gone anywhere. I've been having trouble with my ISP's spam filtering. :(

Hi all,

I just found out while getting ready to put new shoes on the Birchaven that Firestone Tire Shops has a $100 discount on $500 or more sale November
11-1.

Since my tires have all aged out by a year or more I arranged for 6 tires mounted and balanced for about $926. (note: there's no sales tax in Oregon).
I was also quoted $894 at another Firestone store so maybe there's an even better deal somewhere but I would have to drive much farther on
questionable tires to get to that store.

If you still have steel wheels that's not a bad deal IMO. If someone knows something better please let me know before I confirm the transaction.

Thanks

Stu

Yupper - That is a good deal - about $125.00 cheaper than my normal cheap pricing in the Midwest.
Thanks for the heads up!

Firestone tires are made in the USA and work well.
Some of the ones from RED China are disappointing.
They fall way short.
