We all assume you mean US Federal Government Standards, Sandy. I only
mention this because there are at least four other country's citizens that
have responded or asked questions on the GMC Net that I know of. Please
don't take this as a criticism of you particular point but only to point out
that the world is reading this site. There have been other comments that are
more restrictive than yours. I apologize for waiting until your comment to
voice my opinion. The Internet lowers boundaries and that is
great. I hope we can continue to do that.
