Just talked to The Engine Factory. Christian is the salesman I talked to
and he was very open to supplying our group with engines. He said they do
alot of the older "Muscle Car" engines and would have no problem doing ours
as long as cores are available. If not they will rebuild your own engine
(which I would have loved!!!).
He mentioned that they have a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty parts and labor.
Core charge of $500 and shipping would vary but $100 should be ballpark, he
said. Price for the engine would be $2599 plus refundable core and shipping.
Not to shabby! And they do as much or more than Jasper did and will do
special orders for additional HP gains.
