I mounted a Holley pump, using their bracket and rubber spacer, and have
experienced the same thing. Wouldn't call it VERY noisy, but while I'm in the
driver's seat with the engine idling I can hear it buzzing. At highway speeds
the road and wind noise drowned it out.
