Door hinge repair questions

So my lower door hinge is messed up. The door hits the frame when closing. The frame reinforcements are broken and the bolt holes on the body are toatally screwed up.
Im going to find a welder to fix the aluminum, trying to decide if i should cut out a rectuangluar chunk and weld in a new piece or just clean up and have him fill in the wallowed out holes.

Any opinions?

You need to replace the section. You'll never get the door to shut correctly. Contact Dave Silva. I believe he has a complete door frame. He could cut the section out that you need.
