Dometic RM2620 refrig.

This is a popular replacement for the Frig in most coaches, will not fit the Avion and any other one that has the small singe door Frig. I have had this type model in both of the coaches that we have used, the 77 Eleganza II and the stretch. Never had an issue with either.

The frig on the Avon has a smaller case size than is currently available. The manufacturer recommended replace, while in similar size, both height and
width, the cooling coil at the top is physically bigger. The frig must be placed about one inch further out from the wall to sit level and cool
properly.

The bigger RM2620 can fit. It means rebulding the whole refer cabinet,
of course...

Worth the trouble. My wife is seriously happy and I don't mind the
extra room one bit. Oh... and I got to fix a lot of dangerous PO wiring
at the same time.
