Dishwasher

I was watching a YouTube video showing an older couple buying one of these GMC’s. Nothing special except instead of an oven, there was a small
dishwasher. Seller said it was a factory option. And it looked factory. All the research I’ve done, nothing mentions a dishwasher. Was there this
option or was this a very good aftermarket install? This a just an information only question, not sure why you would need or want one.
