FYI
I had to replace my cruse control transducer today. I found a rebuilt unit
at Auto Zone. Their price was $59.99 exchange ($20 core charge). Their
part number is 36-102. It works as smooth as a baby's bottom.

Russ,
Yes, the transducers are readilly available in rebuilt and new. I have
come up with a modification to install a new system that gives you
resume, speed adjust up & down at around $100.00. It is very easy to
install and has proven to be very reliable. Give me a call if it
interests you in the future.

Last I knew, Bluegrass Automotive Industries, 800-577-7225, charged $35
exchange ($5 core charge) for a non-resume transducer.

Al:

Are you referring to the info I mentioned a few days ago on the Audiovox
cruise control?

It's not a transducer but a complete electronic cruise control unit.
You have to disconnect the original transducer, etc.

let me know what more you would like to know.
