Cosmichrome?

Curious to get everyone's take on a remarkable company/product called Cosmichrome. Quality rechroming is almost impossible to find these days, and the prices are eye-popping if you can find a good shop. I wonder if this is a reasonable option? Unfortunately the closest Cosmichrome shop is in Ohio, so I might have to try to get a local paint shop to get onboard...

Not sure about Cosmichrome. They say its a chemical process, and it looks like a LOT of chemicals.
I, too, was looking into chroming, and came across chrome paint from motostorm, a US company. The chrome paint is a mechanical process where the aluminum flake sits flat on the substrate as opposed to randomly like in metallics. The benefit is that you can use these paints with and just like typical spray, making it very accessible. Without more information from cosmichrome, I'm not sure what the benefit would be over just paint? It looks like it's just paint, but with proprietary tech.
