I've lost out on the earlier part of this discussion, but a GM knock
sensor is american standard pipe thread and really has no place
to go but into a water jacket drain hole. Caspro's sensor is a stan-
dard bolt thread and obviously, needs to go into the back of the
right hand cylinder head. AFAIK.
