Hi Jim,
I need to order the felt tracks and whatever else goes with
it to redo all the windows in my 74 Painted Desert. Can you
email me a total price quote...or I can set up to receive a fax
if I know what time its coming. Were the windows all standard,
or might I have diffrent sizes.
Thanks,
Rob Teed 74 Painted Desert (517)-646-7911

Rob,
Am backlogged on my Email reading, talked to you today about this on the
phone. I do like communicating by Email but I have been so busy latly that
I hat the sack when I get home and it is hard to find time to keep up!

Thanks for your support, call me if you have any problems installing the
felts. I sent the instruction sheet for the driver/passenger felt kit. Do
those first to get the feel of working with the material. Apply what you
learn to the rest of the windows.

Talk to you later,

Jim Bounds

Thanks Jim,
I had posted this message before I talked to you on the
phone the first time. Can you give us more info on your
dashcover. Does it cover the intire dash including the front.
Whats something like that cost?
Thanks,
Rob Teed 74 Painted Desert

Rob,
Both covers wrap the donut around the dash bezel (where most cracks
happen). It extends in the front to the windshield and has cut outs
(already cut) for the defrosters.

The early style comes with a seperate panel to be stuck to the glove box
door, the late style goes down to the top of the glove box.

They fit well and can be fitted without velcrow after you give it time to
relax from being rolled up in delivery.

It is the cheapest way to cover a bad looking dash and actually does serve
a usefull purpose.

The last cover I got was about $70, that was in 1998. If you are
interested, call me tomorrow and remind me to check on the price.
