I don't want to rain on your parade, but I don't think that's the kind of
part that you are going to be able to buy new. I tried once to get the
switches that go in that panel and was told by Cinnabar that they don't
have those. I had to rid up a substitute switch that I got at Radio
Shack. They do have most of the mechanical parts for the GMC however.
Some trim I think is still available.

It's worth a call though to see if they have the panel.

Another place to check on used interior parts is Buskirk Rush. They have
a warehouse full of interiors of GMC's and other parts. 1-800-715-1133.
