Roy and I just got back from Buskirk-Rush RV where Roy got brand new
shiny Alcoa's and Bridgestone tires. Based on the 3 hour ride home, all
aforementioned Alcoa benefits do apply. And thank you to Patrick. On the
Tech Info page of his website under Alcoa Wheels he pointed out the need
to keep some old lugnuts if you were going to keep a 16.5" wheel and
tire for a spare. That is just the kind of thing I would have forgotten.
( And yes, Thom Hole, us Alcoa owners have bigger nuts than you. ;-)

While at Buskirk's, I was able to help Emery out with an upgrade to the
ugly U of M spare tire cover on his coach, which I'm sure caused his
recent engine trouble. It looks much better now. Just after I installed
the spare tire cover upgrade, they started up Emery's new engine and it
sounded great, so I know I must be right!

You can check out some photos of Roy's new shoes, and Emery's new tire
cover, at Buskirk's website;

Well, I'm off for a week at Lake Charlevoix, hopefully before Emery
reads this!

Tim,
Gee, you're really cruel to hang that ugly GREEN spare tire cover on
Emery's coach Our kid goes to UofM and so we only like to see
stuff related to "GO BLUE!" since we send too much GREEN to Ann
Arbor.
