I have a bracket like you described and although I can get it connected to
the slot under the bogie bracket when a tire is flat, there is not enough
room to get my bottle jack under it. There is not enough room to get a
floor jack under the bogie and still get a bottle jack under. I have not
came up with an answer yet.
