We have a 78 Royale that is equipped with a Blender built into the
counter top. I have recently read somewhere that the company still has
the original repair parts or a new unit available. I have not been able
to locate the printed item - getting too old I guess.

Does anyone know the brand name of the blender and where parts can be
obtained??

I really enjopy this list and all of the information.

Not so when I got mine a couple years ago. It was less than $35 from
Baer in Chicago.

Al,

This is only a SWAG, but I suspect you have a NuTone unit. Had one
in my previous house. The power unit can run a blender, mixer, ice
crusher, and probably more. The bad news is that just the blender head
(container, cover, base with blades, but nothing else) costs more than a
complete plug-in electric blender. The good news is that you get the
most powerful blender ever made. (It's sort of like mixing Margeritas
with a Detroit Diesel if you get my drift.) Check under the counter
and pull the unit out to be sure. NuTone's still around, check the web
or your friendly local appliance store.
