Sorry, Chuck, meant for the list.

OK, folks, emotions aside, there will be no additional Black List. The
information on bad experiences can be gotten right here as it happens, you
will just have to keep it up yourself. The easy way to eliminate as much of
these rip-offs would be using the original Black List for what it was set up
for. Would the same thing have happened if Emery had a local with him?
Maybe so, maybe not. At least he would have had someone in the community
who would have been a witness to the transaction.

This is just another good reason to support your local "Black List." Don't
leave home without it. Hopefully it will just give you free coffee stops,
but just in case!!!!!!!

I think this is the best approach. If there was a negative list in print, and
some SOB that was posted got ahold of it, he might successfully sue, even though
he was at fault to begin with. I know that I have been ripped off on truck
repairs while on the road, but for the most part all I can do is take a tax loss
and not go back there again. (No, I'm not a truck driver in the normal sence,
but I do have to move equipment that I rent out to trade shows).
